Lined beneath a putting green

The line running under this green and pool deck was rehabilitated through the cleanout visible in the pine straw at the edge of the turf. That access point is the only evidence the work happened. No turf lifted, no deck cut, no planting beds disturbed.

Our solution

Trenchless pipe lining

Our UV cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) system restores damaged pipe from the inside out, forming a new structural pipe within the existing one. No trench, no torn-up property.

  • No excavation
  • Minimal disruption to residents, tenants, and daily operations
  • Long-lasting results that prevent future problems
  • Works on sanitary, storm, and other gravity-flow pipe
  • Fits pipe from 3 inches to 8 inches in diameter

Pipe materials we rehabilitate

  • Vitrified clay (VCP)
  • Cast iron
  • PVC
  • Orangeburg
  • Concrete

What you avoid

Conventional replacement may add

  • Excavation and backfill
  • Landscaping and hardscape restoration
  • Asphalt or concrete replacement
  • Traffic control and permitting
  • Longer project timelines
  • Increased tenant or occupant disruption

Every one of those is a line item on a dig-and-replace quote. Lining removes most of them.

How a lining job runs

Our proven process

Five steps start to finish. Most residential laterals are done in a day, and the yard, driveway, or parking lot stays exactly where it is.

1

Inspect

We run a CCTV camera through the line to find the fault and verify the pipe's condition before recommending anything.

2

Clean

High-pressure jetting strips roots, grease, and scale so the liner bonds to a clean host pipe.

3

Line

A resin-saturated liner goes in through an existing access point and is positioned inside the damaged pipe.

4

Cure

UV light cures the liner in place, forming a strong, seamless new pipe inside the old one.

5

Reinstate

Service is restored and verified on camera. We leave the property the way we found it.

Frequently asked

Commercial and contractor questions

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes. Carolina Pipe Pros is a bonded, insured South Carolina mechanical contractor. Certificates of insurance, W-9, and bonding documentation are available on request — name the additional insured and we will have it to you the same day.

Can you work nights, weekends, or around occupancy?

Yes, and for occupied buildings it is usually the right approach. Lining is quiet compared with excavation, the equipment stages in a compact footprint, and the work area can be handed back at the end of each shift. We schedule around operating hours rather than asking you to schedule around us.

What do you need from us before mobilizing?

Site access and a cleanout or other access point, a point of contact for the building, and any restrictions on hours, parking, or hot work. If as-builts or prior camera footage exist, they save time. We handle locating, containment, and permitting where required.

How disruptive is lining in an occupied space?

Far less than excavation. There is no trench, no spoil pile, no road plate, and no restoration phase afterward. In corridors and common areas we work behind cones and drop cloths within a defined footprint. Odor control and containment are planned in advance for healthcare and food-service settings.

What pipe sizes and materials can you line?

Three inch through eight inch gravity-flow pipe in vitrified clay, cast iron, PVC, Orangeburg, and concrete. Sanitary, storm, and other gravity lines all qualify. If a line falls outside that range we will tell you rather than take the job.

Do you provide submittals and documentation?

Yes. Liner system data sheets, method statements, pre- and post-CCTV footage, and closeout documentation are all available. Pre-lining footage and post-cure verification are standard on commercial work, not an extra.
